Reporting To: Regional Program Manager

Qualifications: Minimum degree; specialization in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori/ECE/CIDTT) preferred

Experience: 6+ years in preschool industry, including 2+ years teaching

Work Timings: Shift-based between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

Responsible for mentoring teachers, monitoring curriculum implementation, and enhancing classroom effectiveness across centres. Ensures quality learning environments and cost-effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with centre teams and operations managers
• Monitor curriculum delivery and lesson planning
• Conduct teacher training, mentoring, and evaluations
• Develop and present academic programs and parent engagement sessions
• Oversee assessments, classroom environments, and professional development
• Support recruitment and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and policies
