Role & responsibilities Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Mumbai (Andheri) Experience: 5+ Years in Recruitment Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, with expertise in staffing and augmentation across IT and Non-IT domains. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition : Identify, attract, and engage top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. 2. Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical, functional, and cultural fit. Evaluate candidate experience, qualifications, and eligibility for specific roles. 3. Client & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, business needs, and workforce planning strategies. o Provide expert consultation on recruitment strategies and market trends. 4. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and company procedures. 5. Market Research & Industry Insights : Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Provide market intelligence reports to support business development and recruitment strategy. 6. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates. Generate weekly/monthly reports to measure recruitment success and optimize strategies. 7. Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: Promote diverse hiring practices and ensure fair representation in hiring processes. Implement inclusive sourcing and hiring strategies to attract a diverse talent pool. Qualifications & Skills: Any Graduate. 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Strong knowledge of IT & Non-IT hiring, bulk hiring, and executive search. Expertise in Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Experience with MS Excel, reporting tools, and recruitment analytics.
