Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Hyderebad India Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Fixed Sunday Off Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 recruiters in designated areas. Execute bulk hiring for roles such as Pickers, Packers, Sorters, Loaders, and Unloaders in Warehouses, Dark Stores, and Hyperlocal Stores . Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet client workforce needs. Collaborate with warehouse clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment. Conduct end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure daily travel within the city for recruitment drives and client interactions (two-wheeler required). Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead (TL) or 2+ years as a Senior Recruiter in bulk hiring. Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse staffing and bulk recruitment .
