Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter at Cencora, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent for our growing Global Pharma Services organization. Your responsibilities will include managing full life-cycle recruitment, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. You will be negotiating offers, facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes efficiently. In addition, you will confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, and qualifications, ensuring strong candidate pools for current and future openings to meet business objectives. Moreover, you will provide a consultative approach in developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure successful searches within identified time frames. Communication with hiring managers, human resource representatives, and candidates throughout the recruitment process will be essential to keep all constituents updated. Your key responsibilities will include: - Actively managing full life-cycle recruitment processes - Conferring with hiring managers to identify personnel needs and job specifications - Providing a consultative approach in developing recruiting strategies - Communicating consistently with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process - Utilizing proactive methods to source candidates and build an external network - Reviewing applications, interviewing applicants, and counselling hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies - Ensuring compliance with recruitment standards and documentation - Writing and placing job advertising, coordinating internal job postings, and utilizing online recruiting sources - Coordinating and attending job fairs as necessary Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Significant experience as a 360 Recruiter / Senior Recruiter in an in-house setting (Healthcare, Logistics, Technology or IT experience preferred) Skills and Knowledge needed: - Excellent sourcing skills - Proven experience in all recruiting methods across multiple locations - Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally - Understanding of recruiting principles and best practices - Strong sourcing and networking skills, including cold calling and proactive sourcing - Knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) - Effective communication skills both orally and in writing - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to collaborate effectively with others and implement HR staffing processes and programs - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook At Cencora, we offer benefits that align with local market practices and may vary by country.
