Senior Recruiter

This is an excellent opportunity to join ACA Group's dynamic Talent Acquisition Team based in their Pune, India office. ACA Group is the leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) advisor in financial services globally. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in achieving ACA Group's hiring objectives for Pune by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating job candidates. Your responsibilities will also include advising hiring managers and other staff involved in hiring initiatives. This role is a hybrid position with three days per week in the office. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with HR Business Partners to define recruiting requirements, developing an understanding of organization recruiting plans and objectives, and building a candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels. You will be responsible for creating high-quality adverts and social media postings, actively sourcing candidates to meet recruitment needs, and managing interview processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience. To qualify for this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, human resources, sales, or a related field. Additionally, 6+ years of experience in full project life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment or agency recruiting firm focused on financial services is preferred. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), with a preference for Success Factors, is also necessary. Successful candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, client service orientation, and the ability to adapt to new initiatives and changing client needs. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with multiple colleagues/groups, and demonstrate excellent project management and presentation skills. Experience in compensation negotiations within the professional services industry is required.
