Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in billing and receptionist roles, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings with precision and attention to detail.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Receptionist or similar role in the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
