Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in billing and receptionist roles, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and treatment history.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of billing processes and procedures.
