4)Communication Coordinationa) Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.b) Provide information about services, OPD timings, procedures, and reports.c)Coordinate with departments like pharmacy, lab, OT, and billing for patient needs.
5)Billing Payment Supporta) Guide patients to billing counters.b)Assist in explaining charges, insurance details, and payment process (if applicable).
