Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant Department: Housekeeping Reports To: Supervisor / Manager / Reception Job Purpose: To maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guest comfort and resort standards. Duties & Responsibilities: Clean guest rooms after checkout and during stay Make beds neatly and change bed linen and towels Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, washbasins, mirrors, and floors Dust and clean furniture, windows, and balconies Refill toiletries, drinking water, and room amenities Clean lobby, corridors, staircases, dining area, and common toilets Collect, segregate, and handle dirty linen and laundry Empty trash bins and dispose waste properly Respond politely to guest requests (extra towels, water, etc.) Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately Follow hygiene, safety, and cleaning procedures Maintain personal cleanliness and proper uniform Working Hours: Shift-based / As per duty schedule Skills & Requirements: Basic understanding of cleaning work Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties Honest, punctual, and disciplined Polite behavior with guests and staff Previous housekeeping experience preferred (not mandatory) Performance Standards: Rooms cleaned on time as assigned Proper hygiene and cleanliness maintained Minimal guest complaints Efficient use of cleaning materials Housekeeping Rule: “Clean every room as if the next guest is your own family.” Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person

The role involves managing reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, handling enquiries, coordinating with housekeeping, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
