Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Narayana Nethralaya. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and providing exceptional assistance.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including reception area maintenance and staff supervision.
Ensure accurate and timely billing of patients through various modes.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for correct service entry before billing.
Register new patients and update existing patient information in hospital software.
Maintain daily cash collection records and submit end-of-day reports.
Provide courteous assistance to patients and visitors.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of billing procedures, payment processing, and patient registration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in using hospital software and other relevant systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
