Role Overview:

Lead QA Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive QA strategy, planning, and execution across multiple products.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans for web, backend, and APIs.
  • Conduct detailed SQL-based validations, backend testing, and data integrity checks.
  • Perform defect management using tools like JIRA, ensuring traceability and transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on test scope, coverage, and timelines.
  • Ensure thorough test coverage across functional, regression, and performance layers.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members on best practices and technical skills.


Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL – able to write complex queries and perform data-level testing.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
  • Exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, SDLC/STLC, and release management.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership abilities.


Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in fintech, payments, or service aggregation platforms.

• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.


Kindly Note:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL is a must.
  • Candidates who are currently residing in Delhi NCR should apply.
