What you’ll do

• Support

  development teams

  by embedding quality and testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define and implement

  comprehensive test plans and scenarios

  for new and existing features.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites

  to ensure reliability and scalability of applications.
• Help

  reduce manual regression testing

  by increasing automated coverage and efficiency.
• Continuously

  improve automation strategies

  by applying industry best practices and modern tools.
• Analyze user stories and requirements to design effective test cases and drive

  test-first thinking

  across teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure

  high-quality, tested deliveries

  .

You should have

• 5+ years of experience

  in software quality assurance, with strong exposure to

  international and distributed teams

  .
• Deep experience with

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum, XP),

  DevOps

  , and performance testing.
• Proven expertise in testing

  Kafka-based applications

  and

  distributed systems

  .
• Proficiency in test automation tools and languages like

  Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit, Java

  , and hands-on API testing using

  Postman, RestAssured, or Karate

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  CI/CD pipelines and tooling

  (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence).
• Solid grasp of

  manual testing principles

  and the full

  software development lifecycle

  .

Bonus if you have

• Experience with

  contract testing

  and frameworks supporting microservices and integration testing.
• Familiarity with

  event-driven architectures

  ,

  event sourcing

  , and

  CQRS

  .
• Hands-on understanding of

  BDD

  practices and working with

  Gherkin

  syntax.
• Experience using

  observability and monitoring tools

  like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Dynatrace.
• Strong communication skills in

  English

  , with the ability to clearly explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
