Job Description

Proficient in all job criteria, breadth of experience - Strong performer and highly independent
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking business and Wealth & Investment Management business
  • Understanding the concept of Quality Assurance
  • Understanding of Wholesale Lending Operations Quality Assurance Playbook, control procedures, sampling methodologies, various QA tools (Indigo/Power BI) and applications
  • Effective queue management/monitoring
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Report findings/exceptions and collaboration with managers for resolution
  • Provide support to peers at S1/S2/S3 level on queries and day-to-day BAU activities/tasks
  • Subject Matter Expert during various audit related walkthrough
    • Professional and effective cross-functional collaboration and communication
    • Working knowledge in documenting Control Procedures (monitor, prioritize and update Control Procedures by partnering with managers/BCMs)
    • Prioritize QA reviews based on inherent risk rating of the process and business needs
    • Ability to perform and provide complex reports based on the process requirement
    • Effective stakeholder management
  • Perform random call monitoring using the WIM common form (WIM QA Call Monitoring)
  • Perform targeted call monitoring from speech analytics samples (WIM QA Call Monitoring)
    • Lead internal QA calibrations sessions (WIM QA Call Monitoring)
