Job Description

Role Overview: As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency. You will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure QA goals are met. Acting as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of the project, you will foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for web and mobile applications (manual and automated). - Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results. - Addressing client feedback and concerns promptly and professionally. - Proactively communicating potential risks and issues and collaborating with the client to find solutions. - Multitasking effectively, especially when working on numerous projects at once, possibly in different stages of testing. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in QA. - Good industry domain expertise for the projects you have worked on. - Strong knowledge of web and mobile application testing techniques and best practices. - Good experience in Responsive Testing, Functional Testing, API Testing, Security Testing, and Performance Testing. - Proficiency in tools like Jira, JMeter, Trello, etc. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience in Team Management.,
