Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing , excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and ensuring our applications meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient automation test frameworks for web, mobile, and API-based applications. Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit . Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to understand application workflows and build effective test strategies. Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.). Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and log detailed defect reports. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation. Required Skills and Experience: 5–7 years of experience in QA Automation with a strong focus on test script development and execution. Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# . Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, Postman . Strong understanding of API testing and tools like Postman, Swagger, SoapUI . Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow . Solid understanding of SDLC , Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI). Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Show more Show less
