Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Public Relations Executive, located in Gurugram. The individual will manage media relations, develop and distribute press releases, foster strong relationships with media outlets, and oversee public relations campaigns. Key responsibilities include strategizing and executing effective PR initiatives, handling communications, and crafting compelling messages that amplify brand presence. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve desired results.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver strategic communication solutions.
• Understand client needs and proactively contribute ideas and insights.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of

• Oversee task allocation, quality of work, and timely delivery.
• Support team members in developing their media and content skills.

Media Relations & Communication

• Build and sustain strong relationships with relevant media.
• Draft and distribute press releases, pitches, and media notes.
• Secure consistent and impactful media coverage across platforms.

Strategy & Execution

• Create PR plans, campaign calendars, and visibility strategies.
• Lead brand launches, announcements, media interactions, and events.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management whenever required.

Content Development

• Develop high-quality content including press materials, briefing documents, trend stories, and proposals.
• Provide editorial guidance and review content created by the team.

Reporting & Coordination

• Monitor media coverage and prepare detailed reports.
• Track market insights, competitor news, and industry updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creative partners, and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PR

• Strong media network and ability to secure coverage independently.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capability.
• Familiarity with PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and MS Office.
