Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Ankleshwar Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, leadership, and communication, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for overall Project management. major includes construction management, design management, cost management, planning and procurement and quality managment. Soft skill - MS office, Autocadd, MSP and communication Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for complex and large-scale initiatives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors/consultants to execute project plans. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure resource availability and effective allocation. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and solutions. Monitor and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions. Implement and ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMI/PMBOK). Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads. Requirements & Qualifications: M.tech/B.E Covil 15+ years of project management experience, Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of managing budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
