Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, leadership, and communication, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall Project management. major includes construction management, design management, cost management, planning and procurement and quality managment.

Soft skill - MS office, Autocadd, MSP and communication

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for complex and large-scale initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors/consultants to execute project plans.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure resource availability and effective allocation.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and solutions.
• Monitor and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
• Implement and ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMI/PMBOK).
• Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• M.tech/B.E Covil
• 15+ years of project management experience,
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Experience in Hospital sector.
