Senior Project Manager

You will be joining Solar Quest LLP as a Senior Project Manager, based in Ajmer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific solar energy projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing project teams, ensuring that deadlines and budget constraints are met, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project deliverables align with company standards. Additionally, you will be identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and fostering a collaborative team environment. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in project management, scheduling, and resource allocation. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PVsyst is required. Experience in solar energy systems and EPC projects is crucial. Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills are essential for effective coordination with various stakeholders. Your ability in risk management and problem-solving will be key to your success. Leadership and team collaboration skills are also necessary to lead project teams effectively. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be advantageous. It is important for you to be willing to work on-site in Ajmer, demonstrating your commitment to the projects and the team.
