Senior Project Manager

MetaBlock is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our web, software, and blockchain development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
• Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Monitor progress and performance; proactively manage risks and issues
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track project metrics, prepare status reports, and maintain documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in IT project management (Web, Software, or Blockchain preferred)
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other certifications (preferred but not required)

Nice to Have

• Background in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized platforms
• Experience managing cross-border or remote teams
• Familiarity with SaaS, ERP, LMS, or mobile app projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
