Senior Project Engineer

Education: Degree or Diploma in Chemical or Process Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 10 years’ Experience in water & Wastewater treatment Industry

Software Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, Design & Sizing package tools (Preferred).

Responsibilities

 Process engineering design development based on international design guidelines and

good engineering practice, providing cost-effective solutions whilst ensuring technical

compliance with client requirements.

 Preparation of process Basic engineering Package for water & wastewater treatment projects. (ETP/STP/WTP/DESAL Projects)

 Preparation of P & ID, PFD, Process calculations, Process design Basis, Hydraulic Flow diagram (HFD), Process description, Control philosophy etc in water & Wastewater projects.

 Organize & attend HAZOP/SIL studies.

 Sizing of all process equipment, piping, valves & Instruments.

 Review & Finalization of all vendors offers for Process equipment, Piping, Valves & Instrument packages.

 Vendor data review and approval for all process equipment.

 Represent the company during technical and commercial meetings with potential

 customers, vendors and subcontractors.

 Support to Business Development on technical presentations to and/or meetings with

potential or existing clients.

 Support Installation, Testing & Commissioning team.

 Conducting plant (process) audits and provide process expertise for troubleshooting

 and operations optimisation on O&M contracts

 Interacting with mechanical, draughting, civil, electrical and control systems engineering disciplines on engineering studies and tenders.

 Keep up to date with latest technologies, design tools & guidelines and developments inside the company, in the water treatment field and from local / international suppliers.

 Writing of technical reports.

 Produce presentations and/or represent the company at trade fairs and seminars

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
