Avante Façade Consulting is a global consulting firm with offices in North America, Korea, India and Turkey. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to support projects throughout the Indian market. The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for managing team members to support multiple façade consulting projects on wide variety of large-scale buildings. The ideal candidate would be competent in AutoCAD, project scheduling, coordinating with stake holders in projects. Qualified candidate that demonstrates diligence and management acumen shall have the opportunity to follow several career paths within our group of companies. The work scope includes the following: 1. Review Project drawings, have hands on experience in following. a. Project Management b. Inspection at factory and on site c. Site coordination with all trades for continuation of façade works d. Understand shop drawings, performance of UCW, site survey. e. Site measurements and certification of invoices f. Should be able to work under pressure and not restrict by working time. g. Should be able to complete assigned works on time. h. Reporting to management—daily and weekly on project progress i. Glass inspection j. Firestop fixing -constraints and remediation on site k. Knowledge of field testing of facade 2. Collaborate with team within our large staff to support each assigned project. 3. Coordinate design and engineering. 4. Review client drawings, renderings and other documents. 5. Ensure that the administrative support is in place for timely client responses and follow up. 6. Maintain committed schedule durations. 7. Review all work product before submittal to the client. 9. Maintain the highest level of customer engagement and service. 10. Strong interpersonal and team building skills. Qualifications: 1. BE/Diploma degree in civil engineering, architecture, product design or relevant field preferred. 2. Ability to travel within the market area (India). 3. Successful work experience in the façade industry for a minimum of 5 years. 4. Project portfolio of projects with primary responsibility for the façade elements. Compensation | Benefits The position is full time in office, no remote work will be considered.
