Senior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator who can effectively manage multiple projects, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and have strong communication and leadership skills to handle client requirements and internal team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as a communication bridge between clients, developers, designers, and management.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation for tracking project progress.
• Conduct regular team meetings to assess project status, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Manage client expectations, ensuring clarity on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Assist in resource allocation and workflow management to improve team efficiency.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, guidelines, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management (IT industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹36,406.85 - ₹50,000.00 per month
