Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Linux and C++ and preferably domain experience in Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure project success. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution. Utilize technical expertise in Linux and C++ to troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues. Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Conduct project meetings and provide clear direction to team members. Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines. Provide support and guidance to team members to enhance project performance. Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize domain knowledge in Cards & Payments to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Linux and C++. Demonstrate excellent project coordination and communication skills. Have domain experience in Cards & Payments (nice to have). Exhibit the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Show proficiency in project documentation and reporting. Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have a proven track record of successful project delivery. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Possess strong organizational and time management skills. Exhibit the ability to facilitate effective team communication. Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
