Job Description

SAP is looking for Senior Project Consultant Development to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, developing contingency plans as needed.
Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and clients.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining high levels of quality and integrity.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of SAP systems and technologies, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions, demonstrating strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Experience working in an agile or Scrum environment, with knowledge of iterative development methodologies.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their best performance.
