Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead
Project Role Description :Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will play a crucial role in steering the project towards success by ensuring that all aspects are coordinated and executed efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any emerging challenges.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the project.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.

Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies.

Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements.

Familiarity with risk management practices and mitigation strategies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
