15 years full time educationSummary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges that may arise. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Leading and managing delivery of medium to complex projects and programs - Planning: timelines, milestones, resources, and work breakdown - Financial management and cost control - Stakeholder management - Risk management - Strong leadership and communication skills" Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
