Overview

Senior PM

Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Strategy

    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
    • Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
  2. Team Leadership and Management

    • Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including junior project managers and other team members.
    • Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  3. Stakeholder Communication and Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate project scope changes if necessary.
  4. Execution and Monitoring

    • Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
    • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage changes.
    • Resolve issues and roadblocks that may impact project delivery.
  5. Budget and Resource Management

    • Manage project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits.
    • Optimize the use of resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Risk Management

    • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
    • Continuously monitor risks and implement mitigation actions promptly.
  7. Quality Assurance

    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.
  8. Reporting and Documentation

    • Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation.
    • Maintain comprehensive project records for historical reference and audits.
  9. Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination

    • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and third parties as needed.
    • Ensure contracts and agreements are managed properly.
  10. Strategic Contribution

    • Contribute to organizational project management processes and methodologies.
    • Support senior leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
