WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


As a Sr. Program Associate, you will be in charge of nurturing our innovation ecosystem, with a focus on managing the accelerator programs end to end as well as being in charge of hosting in-person, hybrid and virtual events and networking sessions along with roadshows, showcases and the annual IFIH EXPO.


You will also be leading B2B marketing communications, and connecting with other innovation organizations to build Plug and Play footprint especially in India.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Program Management (End-to-End): Oversee the full lifecycle of accelerator programs — from startup onboarding and mentorship to partner engagement, demo days, and post-program support.

  • Event Planning & Execution: Design, plan, and deliver high-quality events — including in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats — such as roadshows, showcases, pitch sessions, and the annual IFIH EXPO.

  • Startup & Partner Experience: Ensure seamless interactions for both startups and corporate partners by managing schedules, logistics, and communications throughout the program journey.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with ventures, partner success, and marketing teams to ensure programs deliver maximum value and align with Plug and Play’s global standards.

  • Impact Tracking & Reporting: Measure and report on program outcomes (pilots, partnerships, investments, ecosystem growth) to internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • B2B Marketing & Communications: Lead marketing efforts to strengthen Plug and Play’s brand presence in India, with a focus on engaging corporates, startups, investors, and ecosystem partners.

  • Content Development: Create compelling content for newsletters, reports, blogs, and social media to highlight program milestones, partner achievements, and startup success stories.

  • Event Marketing: Design and execute promotional strategies for Plug and Play events (roadshows, showcases, IFIH EXPO), ensuring strong attendance and visibility

  • Ecosystem Engagement & Partnerships: Connect with universities, incubators, accelerators, and innovation organizations to expand Plug and Play’s footprint and build collaborative relationships.

  • Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent and high-quality branding across events, marketing materials, and external communications, aligned with Plug and Play’s global identity.

  • All events must be submitted in English
