Senior Product Owner

Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishing and leading the offshore product operations and analytics function from India as the Director of Product Enablement at Everbright. This role will require you to be a player-coach, involving hands-on analytical, operational, and process work while also focusing on building and scaling a high-performing team over time. Your contribution will be crucial in scaling Everbright's technology platform globally by translating data into insights and ultimately improving product experiences for mental healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Own and build the Product Enablement function, starting as an individual contributor and later expanding by hiring and developing a local team - Act as the strategic liaison between Product, Design, and Operations to ensure that Everbright's platform evolves based on data, quality, and execution excellence - Conduct in-depth data analysis to reveal insights, trends, and opportunities that drive product decisions - Design and oversee dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting using tools like SQL, Excel, BigQuery, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar BI tools - Lead QA and workflow testing to guarantee that product releases meet high standards of quality and usability - Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking for multiple product workstreams - Collaborate with Product and Design on A/B test design, execution, and evaluation to enhance user experience and impact - Develop scalable systems, documentation, and processes to facilitate efficient offshore collaboration and long-term growth Qualifications: - 7 - 8+ years of experience in product operations, enablement, analytics, or program management, preferably in healthcare or high-growth startups - Hands-on experience collaborating directly with Product and Design teams to drive decisions through data - Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling using SQL and BI/reporting tools (BigQuery, Looker, Mixpanel, etc.) - Familiarity with QA testing, project/sprint management, and cross-functional collaboration - Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders - Experience in managing or working with onshore/offshore hybrid teams - Creative, adaptable, and mission-driven individual with a passion for enhancing access to mental healthcare Additional Company Details: Everbright is partnered with 75+ providers across seven markets and has received $7M in early-stage venture capital funding.
