ABOUT THE JOB Role: Senior/Principal Product Manager Location: Gurgaon ( Onsite) Product role at Zupee is a high ownership and high accountability role. The Product Team owns and drives key business metrics including user growth, retention rate and monetisation. Responsibilities -Work closely with the cross-functional teams to define and drive the product roadmap end to end. -Generate important insights via data and user research; and incorporate those in the product decisions. -Develop innovative, delightful and user focused product solutions. -Drive execution and launch of product features, changes and experiments. -Drive user adoption and engagement via product marketing initiatives. Requirements -Must have built and managed digital consumer products for the Indian users as a product manager or as a founder. -Gaming experience preferred (RMG or Free to Play) -Background in engineering, analytical, business, design or user research domains. -High agency and high intellectual honesty. -Ability to drive decisions in ambiguous situations. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
