As a Senior Product Manager for Luminar Neo, you will lead the development of the world's leading creative image editor for desktop, combining innovative AI technologies, a unique user experience, and modern design aesthetics to inspire creators worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the long-term product strategy and translate it into a clear, actionable roadmap. - Build strong relationships with teammates by adapting to individual working styles and fostering a collaborative environment of trust. - Conduct continuous market research to identify new growth opportunities and differentiation. - Lead customer research, usability studies, and feedback loops to validate decisions and evolve the product continuously. - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights, define success metrics, and track product performance. - Translate customer insights and strategic priorities into clear, actionable requirements that drive product delivery, collaborating closely with engineering, R&D, design, and QA. - Align product functionality with strategic company outcomes like growth and retention. - Communicate priorities, progress, and risks effectively to executives. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in Product Management. - Proven track record of measurable business impact. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. - Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate level or better.
