, you’ll be at the center of our mission to democratize capital markets for all Indians. You'll own product-led and non-product-led initiatives that directly impact user acquisition and engagement. This role blends data, design, tech, and strategy — ideal for someone who wants to create scalable impact in a high-growth fintech.

What You’ll Own

Own the Growth Roadmap

– Lead the product roadmap for growth initiatives from conception to launch, balancing user needs and business goals.

Drive Key Metrics

– Define and improve acquisition funnels, track product-market fit levers, and experiment your way to conversion wins.

Build Cross-Functional Bridges

– Work closely with design, tech, marketing, and business teams to align initiatives and ensure flawless execution.

Own Execution End-to-End

– From product specs to user testing to launch and iteration — you’ll ensure every detail lands with quality and speed.

Uncover Insights

– Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify user motivations and frictions — and solve them smartly.

Optimize at Scale

– Continuously improve product touchpoints and scale what works across channels, segments, and platforms.

Who You Are

7+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or ConsultingStrong B2C background with a sharp sense of user behavior and funnel thinkingExperience working with API-driven workflows and complex business systemsClear communicator with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional skillsStrategic yet execution-first mindset — you roll up your sleevesEngineering or Management degree from a premier institutePrior fintech experience or growth-hacker mindset is a plus
