The Benefits team at UKG is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Product Manager. As a Sr. Product Manager at UKG in the Benefits area you are an essential member of an innovative, highly collaborative agile development team which delivers innovative solutions for UKGs customers in the areas of Benefits Administration. About the Role: The primary goal of this role is to work with Product, Engineering, and internal stakeholder teams to define and refine features in UKGs cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution UKG Pro in the areas of Benefits Administration. Youll be responsible for leading the development efforts, feature design and monitoring escalations associated with assigned features. Youll be defining stories and conditions of acceptance with internal and external stakeholder input, as well as input from development partners (UX Designers, Developers and QA) Youll be assisting our architects and engineers to determine solutions that address said business problems/opportunities. Youll be communicating with multiple stakeholders including customers, prospects, as well as various internal stakeholders and synthesize multiple inputs to ensure business problem or opportunity is fully understood. Youll be responsible for requirement prioritization and evaluating trade-offs between features, defects and backlog items. Youll be analyzing our customers business problems and opportunities. Youll be providing help to our developers, quality engineers, internal stakeholders, internal customer, and external customers. Youll lead meetings with remote team members. About You: Basic Qualifications: You have experience with HCM products and underlying data structures. You have worked 2+ years in Product Management as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. You have a bachelors degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. You have excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to collaborate with development partners and communicate complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders. You can partner and work in a collaborative team environment to solve business problems. Preferred Qualifications: You have knowledge in Benefits Administration, preferably in (but not required) UKG Pro Benefits and UKG Pro Benefits Administration. You have technical background or knowledge in the design of REST APIs. You have strong analytical skills with ability to quickly understand the dynamic business and evolving compliance needs of our customers. You have exceptional partnership skills with ability to inspire and lead development team without management authority. You have excellent organizational and time management skills required to balance multiple priorities simultaneously. You have a strong track record of shaping and executing on features with tight collaboration with Engineering. You have a history of listening to customers, understanding their needs and creating improvements to meet those needs. You have demonstrated the ability to be committed to collaboration, problem solving and can work well with others across business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value. You have demonstrated the ability to learn new technologies quickly and can comfortably talk about technical concepts and break them down in order to communicate with a wider audience.
