Position Title: Senior Product Manager - eCom fulfillment

Roles & responsibilities:

• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for merchandising, optimizing product displays, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanics.
• Leverage AI/ML-driven recommendations and personalization models to improve product ranking, pricing optimization, and sales forecasting.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across UX, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver high-scale, customer-centric solutions.
• Drive usability enhancements and optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis.
• Define product success metrics, measure performance, and iterate rapidly to maximize revenue impact.
• Advocate for best-in-class merchandising principles, ensuring product visibility and discoverability are optimized.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing product team in India, contributing to the global merchandising strategy.

Experience Required:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in merchandising, pricing strategies, and product promotions.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale, AI-driven personalization and merchandising improvements.
• Strong understanding of pricing algorithms, demand forecasting, and dynamic promotions.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing, data analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in a global product environment.
• Experience presenting strategies and product roadmaps to C-level executives.
