Location: Gurgaon Overview As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of our product(s) throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of our products. This role requires a blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics. KRAs Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with engineering teams to guide product development, ensuring that features meet user needs and are delivered on time and within budget. Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches. Gather and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to make informed product decisions. Define and analyse key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies. Prioritise product features and tasks, managing the product backlog and development timelines. Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and company leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Application specific product experience is a must. years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and data to drive strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
