As a Senior Product Manager at Loopio, you will play a crucial role in driving the vision of making Response Management indispensable for every sales team. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating closely with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights about current and prospective enterprise customer needs to deliver maximum value - Working closely with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for customers - Owning your roadmap and ensuring strong alignment and excitement across the business and for customers - Actively engaging with enterprise customers to deeply understand their needs and align them with your roadmap - Defining and owning the outcomes for your roadmap with your pod leads, delivering meaningful and measurable success for the enterprise customer segment To be successful in this role, you should bring: - 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of shipping successful products in the Enterprise space - 2+ years of experience as a senior product manager, ideally working in an empowered product team model - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional products that solve customer problems and deliver value - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable product strategies - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels Loopio is a global company with a hybrid work model, and for this role specifically, you will be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Your work hours will be from 11 am to 7:30 pm IST to accommodate collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India.
