About the Role:

Senior Product Manager

This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, strong execution, and leadership skills to manage both the product lifecycle and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and drive product vision in collaboration with the founder, aligning with business goals and user needs. Build long-term roadmaps for core product areas and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with engineering, design, growth, and marketing teams to prioritize initiatives, solve complex problems, and deliver seamless user experiences. Act as the voice of both customer and business in decision-making.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research

  • Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities. Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve product adoption and retention.
  • Execution & Delivery

  • Own the product development lifecycle — from ideation, PRDs/BRDs, sprint planning, to launch. Ensure timely delivery with high-quality outcomes, balancing speed with rigor.
  • Performance & Metrics

  • Define and track key product KPIs. Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance, measure success, and refine strategies.
  • Innovation & Scale

  • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation, product differentiation, and growth levers to scale the platform to the next 100M users.


Requirements:

  • Experience

    : 4–6 years of product management experience in a

    B2C tech/consumer internet/fintech

    setup, with at least 1–2 years in a

    senior/lead role

    driving end-to-end ownership.
  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B. Tech) from a Tier-1 college (IITs/NITs/BITS), MBA is a plus.
  • Proven success in building and scaling consumer-facing products with strong adoption and engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, curiosity, and bias for action.
