Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and execution for subdomains such as PAM and CRM
• Work with global gaming stakeholders to define backend capabilities and API-first design
• Translate player and operator needs into scalable, headless APIs and platform features
• Partner with engineering to modernize systems ensuring high resilience, scalability, and adoption
• Own key user success metrics including login success, payment success, promo redemption, and loyalty adoption
• Lead backend platform development focusing on speed, security, and scalability
• Conduct product discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and translate insights into product roadmaps
• Manage subdomains including login and registration, CRM, payment and wallet systems, and compliance and risk management
• Collaborate with engineering, design, security, legal, compliance, and product teams to prioritize and deliver on the product roadmap
• Provide leadership and guidance on technical and strategic decisions
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform product strategies
• Drive continuous platform improvements leveraging data, user feedback, and best practices
• Foster a culture of experimentation and iteration

Requirements

• Extensive experience of 15+ years in product management within gaming or related industries
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and vision
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and practices
• Experience working with B2C products and understanding of customer-centric product development
• Technical understanding of backend systems, APIs, and platform scalability
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience managing compliance and risk in regulated environments
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across multiple regions
• Proficient in English (C1 - Advanced)

• Experience with payment systems and wallet platforms
• Background in CRM system integration and management
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Familiarity with sports betting, casino, and poker products
• Certification in product management or agile methodologies
