Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of catalog specialists to drive operational excellence and efficiency in their daily workflows. You will develop and track comprehensive performance metrics, optimize end-to-end processes, and ensure exceptional quality standards across all GCOI Ops deliverables. Your role will involve building and mentoring high-performing teams through strategic hiring and continuous development. You will design and implement standardized procedures to enhance team productivity and output quality, fostering clear and consistent communication channels with key stakeholders to drive alignment and results. Collaborating with various teams such as Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Finance, you will align forecasted demand and finalize monthly rolling forecasts for the business. You will coordinate demand fulfillment with supply teams, work on supply strategies, and prepare timely documentation following brand guidelines. Additionally, you will maintain relevant records neatly for audit, organize meetings with vendors and internal customers to review service levels and specific requirements, and share information with the Logistics Manager to address operational difficulties. Monitoring and reporting on changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies, as well as conducting inventory tracking and periodic sales monitoring will be part of your responsibilities. You will address demand-related issues, propose solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy, and support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities. Ensuring customer satisfaction by logging and resolving customer complaints within strict turnaround time frameworks will be crucial. You will also provide monthly estimate reports to the region, maintain budgets, and work towards achieving monthly dispatch estimates for affiliate and direct customer sales. Your proactive approach to monitoring progress, creating dashboards, and taking corrective actions where needed will contribute to the overall success of the business.
