Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of Atheer's Human Work Execution Platform. This role drives product strategy, defines requirements, and ensures world-class execution in collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, able to translate business needs into simple, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value to industrial customers. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals. Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements. Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality releases on time. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Define success metrics and track adoption and performance across releases. Drive innovation leveraging AI, AR, and workflow automation. Qualifications 610 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in core Product Management. Experience in SaaS or industrial software products. Proven record of bringing enterprise-grade products from concept to launch. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
