Senior Product Manager - Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for insurance-focused initiatives.
• Drive problem discovery and solution design by deeply understanding customer pain points.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver impact.
• Work with business to define clear success metrics and ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from concept to launch and iteration.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product management experience with at least 2–3 years in the insurance domain.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach to decision-making.
• Experience of leading small teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
