With a user-friendly mobile app, patients can find expert doctors within 15 minutes, receive medicines at home within two hours, and get diagnostic tests conducted at their doorstep.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Agent located in Udyog Vihar. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our healthcare services. Day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, offering product information, and closing sales.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Customer Support and Sales
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work on-site in Udyog Vihar
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred
BE/B.tech and MBA freshers are welcome
