Senior Product Manager – AI & Automation

If you’ve ever wanted to build real AI products—not POCs, not internal demos, but large-scale impact—this is your playground.

What You Will Lead & Build

You’ll drive outcome-first, high-value AI initiatives across our entire broking ecosystem. Some of the exciting things you’ll shape:

AI products that elevate customer experience

• Intelligent, personalised trading recommendations
• Advisory co-pilot systems that empower RMs
• AI-led onboarding, KYC, and flow optimisations

Automation that scales the business

• Smart chatbots & voicebots for instant support
• Fraud and risk analytics powered by ML
• Predictive engagement and lifecycle triggers

Strategic product ownership end-to-end

• Set the vision and roadmap for AI & automation
• Identify high-impact use cases across trading, advisory, ops, risk & engagement
• Translate ideas into detailed PRDs, user journeys, and product metrics
• Lead cross-functional product sprints from concept → deployment → iteration
• Work closely with data science, engineering, risk & compliance (SEBI-first approach)
• Evaluate and onboard the right AI tools, vendors, and platforms

If it involves AI and can move the business forward—you’ll own it.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5–8 years of product management experience
• 2–3+ years working on AI/ML, data-led, or automation-heavy products
• Experience in equity broking, fintech, wealthtech, or BFSI
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, market data, RM workflows, and customer journeys
• Not a coder, but you speak the language of AI, ML models, and analytics
