• Lead Design Solutions

• User Research Data-Informed Design

  : Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions, ensuring our solutions effectively address user needs.

• Visual Interaction Design Excellence:

  Deliver high-quality, visually polished, and highly usable designs, considering accessibility, responsiveness, and edge cases.

• Design Systems Contribution

  : Help evolve our design systems, improving consistency and efficiency across Observe.ai s platform.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept to implementation.

• Mentorship Leadership

  : Provide guidance to junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of design excellence.

What you ll bring to the role

• 7- 9+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work.
• Large Language Model powered products such as Chatbot and Voicebot
• Contact Center Industry domain knowledge
• Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience working with design systems and contributing to scalable UI frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple and elegant solutions with a deep understanding of information architecture and workflow design.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of presenting design rationale and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience conducting user research and data analysis to drive product improvements.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
