About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer

This is a high-impact role with ownership across product design, user research, visual design, and brand systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design With Impact:

  Create clean, intuitive product interfaces, wireframes, and user flows for our procurement platform.

• Bring Ideas to Life:

  Translate product research and insights into actionable design concepts and high-fidelity screens.

• Understand the User Deeply:

  Conduct customer conversations, user research, and usability testing to shape data-driven design decisions.

• Build Visual Consistency:

  Design catalogs, corporate collaterals, and brand materials that define MatBook’s visual identity.

• Marketing Creative:

  Produce visuals for email campaigns, social media, and performance marketing with a cohesive brand voice.

• Strengthen Digital Presence:

  Design responsive website experiences that communicate trust, speed, and transparency.

• Create a Scalable System:

  Build and maintain a design system ensuring consistency across platforms and teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in

  UI/UX design, branding, and visual design

  .

• 3+ years of experience

  in product design, user flows, wireframing, and research-driven design.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Graphic design skills

  (preferred) — ability to create visually engaging marketing creatives, product visuals, and brand assets.
