What You’ll Do

• Be the

  design boss

  —own the product experience from pixels to processes.
• Wave the UX flag high and make every interaction feel chef’s kiss.
• Understand tech layers (because design without tech = vibes without beats).
• Co-create with a squad of talented humans across Product, Tech & beyond.
• Set the tone for new product initiatives while vibing with our design system.
• Push boundaries, raise standards, and make “good design” look basic.
• Design with data, not just gut feelings.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years

  of rocking Product & UX design (show us that killer portfolio).
• Communication skills that make stakeholders say, “Wow, I get it now.”
• Passion for building for India while playing on a global stage.
• Trend-savvy, research-driven, and obsessed with making better decisions.
• Experience in design systems (consistency is sexy).
• Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or Info Design from a legit place.
