Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Sales Quality Auditor, located in Thane. The role involves evaluating the quality of sales processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements, and identifying areas for improvement. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing feedback to the sales team to enhance their performance and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sales quality auditing, sales processes, and quality management
Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports
Strong communication and feedback skills
Experience in identifying and addressing areas for improvement in sales processes
Ability to work on-site in Thane
Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
