The Role

Senior Product Designer

As a key part of our product team, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing to shape the future of Jacks Club.

What You’ll Do

• Own and design the 

  player journey

   across web and mobile (onboarding, deposits, gameplay, retention loops).
• Translate complex crypto/casino concepts into 

  simple, trustworthy, and intuitive user flows.

• Conduct 

  user research and A/B tests

   to identify friction points and improve conversion.
• Design new features (New games, loyalty system, promotions) with 

  data-driven UX decisions.

• Build and maintain a 

  scalable design system and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Stay on top of 

  industry best practices in gaming and entertainment.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as a 

  Product Designer / UX Designer

   in consumer tech (gaming, crypto, fintech, or entertainment a strong plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 

  end-to-end product design

  : user research, wireframes, UI, final product.
• Excellent skills in Figma (or similar) and prototyping tools.
• Experience running 

  user tests, data-driven iterations, and experiments.

• Deep understanding of 

  conversion funnels, retention, and behavioral design.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with remote teams.
• (Bonus) Experience with motion design, gamification systems, or casino/crypto interfaces.
