About the Role

Senior Product Designer

UI, UX, user psychology, and growth

What You’ll Do

• Design user-centric flows and intuitive UIs for web and mobile
• Own end-to-end product design, from ideation to delivery
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration
• Create and maintain a scalable design system
• Collaborate daily with developers, product managers, and marketers
• Bring new ideas to improve onboarding, retention, and engagement
• Take initiative in shaping the visual and UX direction of the platform

What You Bring

• 7+ years of hands-on product design experience
• A strong portfolio showing UI/UX excellence across responsive web and mobile
• Deep knowledge of user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Mastery of Figma and other design tools
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams
• A founder mindset: autonomous, proactive, and detail-obsessed
• Bonus: Experience in iGaming, casino, crypto, or fintech
